Ingredients
| Amount | Ingredient |

| 600g / 21 oz | Oatmeal flakes |
| 200g / 7 oz | Raw mixed nuts (coarse pieces) |
| 140g / 5 oz | Raisins (or other dried fruits) |
| 8 tbsp | Flaxseeds (or chia seeds) |
| 6 tbsp | Peanut oil (or other neutral baking oil) |
| 4 tbsp | Liquid honey |
| 2 tbsp | Cinnamon powder |
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients except the raisins (or other dried fruits) with a spoon in a bowl.
- Spread mixed ingredients evenly on a sheet of baking paper.
- Bake for 20 min in a pre-heated oven at 180 °C (356 °F).
- Let the mix cool and add raisins (or other dried fruits).
- Store in an airtight container.
